Many patients come in asking for Kybella to which my response is “friends don’t let friends get Kybella.” The swelling and cost is not worth the result. Instead, a simple neck liposuction with raising the neck muscle (platysmaplasty), gives a much better looking and lasting result. This patient, who is also a mother, had previous lipo with contour dents, done by a previous surgeon. We corrected the dent, and gave her nice high definition athletic lines. She was ready to go on vacation just 3 weeks after surgery! 🥳 Abdominal etching needs to be done by those with experience to get the best results! I’ve been doing this for 10 years and wrote the technique paper on it and published in Business Insider and Men’s Health! 🤩 There are important differences between female and male etching. Make sure you go to the best! If you get a contour indent/irregularity, it is very difficult to correct!!!! In this case we were able to correct it! Patient is super satisfied and sent us pics from Punta Cana!🌴
