Just a reminder that Taylor and Karoly P.C. is still here and remains open to care for each of our patients! Even with mandatory shelter that is in place with COVID-19, ACOG recommends patients to continue prenatal care, well check appointments, as well meet all gynecological needs during this time. No need to cancel! We are keeping the office and rooms cleaned as well as patients and staff wearing masks when needed. Feel free to wait in your car until you are called in for your appointment if you do not feel comfortable in the waiting room.
Also, remember to cancel your appointment if you have any symptoms of fever, cough, shortness of breath and contact your primary care physician.

We are excited to welcome Amber Guyton, MSN, CNM (Certified Nurse Midwife) who will join our practice on October 19th as a provider of Women’s Health in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
Amber is a Dublin native. She is a 2001 graduate of Dublin High School. She and her husband Chris have four children, C.J. 20, Kendall 11, Camden 6, and Chloe 4.
Amber attended Georgia Southern University and graduated in 2005 with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
Amber has worked as a labor and delivery nurse for nearly 15 years in various locations all over the country including Atlanta, Orlando, and San Francisco.
Amber received a Master of Science in Nurse Midwifery from The George Washington University where she was inducted into Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing.
“I am thrilled to have the opportunity to work with Dr’s Taylor and Karoly. Midwifery is a passion of mine and I am excited to provide the highest quality of care for women in our community and surrounding areas.”

Don Nelson, M.D., Infectious Disease Physician, was the first frontline staff member at Fairview Park Hospital to receive the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine today. George Harrison, M.D., Chief Medical Officer, Mike Karoly, M.D., OBGYN Physician, and many other frontline physicians, nurses and staff were among the first to receive the vaccine.
This is a historic moment in Middle Georgia. Today, we took another important step in our commitment to keep our colleagues, physicians and patients protected against the virus. As we await more widely available vaccines, we urge our community to #MaskUp and socially distance so we can continue to fight this pandemic. #carelikefamily

We are excited to welcome Lauri Bullen, M.D. who will join our practice on February 1, 2021 as a provider of Women’s Health in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
Lauri Bullen, M.D. is returning home after 12 years of providing Obstetric and Gynecologic care in the Charleston, SC area. She graduated from Trinity Christian School and went on to Georgia College & State University in Milledgeville, Mercer University School of Medicine in Macon and Memorial University Medical Center in Savannah.
Lauri Bullen, M.D. is board certified through American Board of Obstetrics & Gynecology. She is a member of American College of Obstetrics & Gynecology and is affiliated with Fairview Park Hospital.
Lauri Bullen, M.D. and Jason have been married since 2008. They have twin boys, Sam & Owen who now attend Trinity Christian School. Lauri and Jason met during her residency while he was serving as a submariner in the US Navy. They spent 12 years in the Charleston, SC area before returning to Dublin 2021.
Some of Lauri’s hobbies are cooking, gardening, Bible study and spending time with family.

He will still see regular gynecological patients in the office full time and perform surgeries. Please read the letter posted below for further details...
