Here's the standard of excellent customer service!
My client calls me last night at 10:45 p.m. I ANSWER..He tells me that the toilet is leaking at the base and flooding the bathroom. He sends me this video and he is very upset because he just moved into the property not more than 24 hours ago and it's his first home.
I call another company that I know that provides excellent customer service, a past client, who is also a licensed plumber and owns his business with his wife. Conrad and Rita Taylor of "Taylor plumbing" Conrad goes over on a Sunday morning, a father of 5 with a newborn in the house, assess the situation, snakes the line and tells my client that it's fixed and that he needs to have the county go to the line in the street to do maintenance because problems typically start their. My client happily plays a small fee to Conrad, and Is very happy with the service provided. I should note my client has a family of 8. This is why I love being a Realtor, I am always learning new ways to be a better and more experienced agent it's never a dull moment!
