We specialize at setting up party functions, such as: birthday parties, weddings, corporate functions, banquets, fund raising events, and all sorts of events, you may be planning. Why spend a lot of money on something that you will only use once? We here at Taylor Rental of Arlington, strive for excellence.Rental Policies: The following is a brief explanation of our rental rates and how they work. If you have any questions please feel free to call and we would be glad to answer any questions you may have. Party equipment rates are based on a three day period for the one event rate. Equipment rented during the week (Monday thru Friday) can be picked up/delivered the day before the event and returned the day after. Equipment rented for a weekend (Saturday or Sunday) can be picked up/delivered Friday or Saturday and returned Monday for the 1 day rate. Please note that some of our party equipment use the regular equipment rates such as, Popcorn machines, Cotton Candy, Slush etc. All party equipment are to be returned rinsed free of food and liquids. Equipment rates are based on time out. We have 4 hour, day, week and month rates. 4 hours is our minimum rate. Equipment picked up or delivered will be due back in 4 hours. Once you go over the 4 hours you are into the day rate. Our day rate is based on a 24 hour day Monday thru Friday. Equipment picked up on Saturday morning will be due back at 4:00 pm for the 1 day rate. Equipment picked up between 4:00 pm and 5:00 pm on Saturday will be due back Monday between 7:30 am and 8:00 am for the 1 day rate. We are closed on Sundays. Please return equipment in the condition you received it. Damage Waiver is available on all of our equipment for an additional 10% charge. Details are available on the back of contract at time of rental. Delivery and Pick Up is available for all of our products. There is an additional charge for this service. Additional Charges will occur if equipment is kept for longer than the original contract rental period. Please notify us immediately if you have any problems, question or need to extend a rental on a piece of equipment rented. We are here to provide a service to our customers and will do our very best to rectify any problems.
