The City of Sedona is offering free Christmas tree recycling from December 28 – January 31. To participate, bring your live tree to the City of Sedona Maintenance Yard located at 2070 Contractors Road. Christmas trees can be dropped off Monday – Friday, 7 a.m. - 4 p.m. (excluding holidays).
Trees dropped off for recycling must be free of lights, tinsel, ornaments, nails, stands, and plastic wrapping. Please no yard debris. The trees will be offered to the U.S. Forest Service to be used as erosion control in the National Forest and mulch will be available to the community, on a first come first serve basis. For more information, call the City’s Public Works department at 928-203-5063.

• Cautiously Operate hydraulic hand controls to lift/load refuse and dispose of trash at designated facilities
• Occasionally pulling and moving containers that weight over 50 pounds
• Ability to read route sheets and service each customer identified on the sheet or assigned by the dispatcher.
• Perform daily pre and post trip inspections.
• Courteous interaction with your customers and fellow employees.
• Other miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Due to inclement weather on Tuesday, trash/recycle pick up in Prescott Valley and Village of Oak Creek/Sedona have been delayed until further notice.
We will have REGULAR service on Monday, February 15th. This holiday does not effect your pick up this week.
