We believe the best physical therapy is the kind that is patient centered. Team Sapiens PT was founded in order to create a patient-centered, modern physical therapy experience. As our name implies, we operate as a TEAM. You will work along multiple doctors of physical therapy in treatment planning, with your unique history and goals guiding our professional recommendations. We want to help YOU (homoSAPIENS) move better and get back to doing what you love most. Our mission is to provide 1 on 1 patient-centered care, get faster results, lower the cost of rehabilitation, and educate the public about physical therapy as a profession.
Lift, walk, hang, twist, bend, squat. All humans have the capacity for all of this and more. When things go wrong, we make you human, better.

Our facility is state of the art and includes an indoor turf field, batting cages, bullpens, and Rogue strength training equipment. We are equipped for rehabilitating athletes of all ages. The entire staff at Team Sapiens Physical Therapy has first-hand athletic experience playing high school and collegiate level baseball, basketball, soccer, and volleyball. Our staff has training in treatment methods such as:
MDT (Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy or the McKenzie Method) of the spine. This approach involves discovering mechanical sensitivities to repetitive motion.
FR Spine and FRC. Both are part of a systematic approach to rehabilitation, training, and injury prevention utilized by numerous MLB, NBA, and NFL teams.
We do not believe in a one-technique-helps-all philosophy. Our team is well versed in a variety of manual techniques, and is aware of their benefits as well as limitations. Our practice offers: Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM), Functional Range Release for the Spine (FR Spine), joint manipulation, and joint mobilization.
