Goal
Our goal at Techcon Inspection Services is to consistently be the best in providing a comprehensive, accurate, home inspection and an easy to read report that is completed and delivered by email and U.S. Mail; to be pro-actively responsive to our client’s needs; to treat all our clients in a professional, personal manner; and to let our clients know that our services continue after the inspection is completed.
History
Established in 1986.
All of our inspectors have a diverse construction and building science background. Additionally, they are all licensed in the state of New York to provide home inspections to both buyers and sellers, wood destroying insect reports or termite certifications, and each has a number of certifications to address any potential environmental issues that could be discovered.
