After 20 years of dedicated service to Blanchard Valley Health System, Scott Malaney, president and CEO, has retired. Under his leadership, BVHS experienced significant growth, innovation and financial stability.
In this attached video are a few final words from Malaney regarding his time with the organization and service to the community. Malaney has agreed to stay until the end of January to make the transition smoother for Myron Lewis, the newly-named BVHS president and CEO.

Join us in congratulating our first 2021 associate of the month, Pamela Kathrens, RN! She is the inpatient wound ostomy nurse at Wound Care Solutions and has been a Blanchard Valley Health System associate for 12 years. Pam says the best part about working at BVHS is, “each day is always different, you never get bored!” Recently, she became officially “wound certified,” after taking an intensive week-long course and passing a final exam.
