Hi all :
As we deal with the ongoing pandemic, a lot of our neighbors who own businesses are in trouble and we want to help. As many of you know, we're featuring local businesses who are doing their best to weather the storm and still provide much needed services to our community. We encourage you to frequent their establishments - in a safe manner - and buy local.
Our latest featured business is Tee N Textile – which is a longstanding supporter of the St. Gabriel community. They make many of our athletic jerseys and T-shirts that you and your kids wear all the time. They are open for business and although you may not have any printing needs right now, you will once this whole thing is over. They are also giving back to the community by selling “Lou Strong” t-shirts, with five dollars of every shirt donated to charity during the coronavirus outbreak and have been recognized by WLKY and WDRB TV for their act of kindness. Please visit their Facebook page for more information.
Also, for those who have the means and who want to give to charities we will be recommending a list of worthy organizations who are in need of your help - continuing with The Catholic Charities of Louisville, who provide education, shelter, sundries, food for those hit hardest by the pandemic, the impoverished families of our city, single mothers, those escaping human trafficking, the elderly and the refugee.

Thank you, take care of each other and God bless!
