We are a Mid Sized Family/Veteran Owned and Operated Pest Control Company located in Lancaster, Pa. We have been in business since 1993. Our Company is currently accepting applications for a Full Time Technician in the Sales/Service Technician division of the company.
We would prefer someone currently licensed with the state of Pennsylvania in Termite/ Pest Control (cats: 11/12 but will train the right individual.)
Applicant must be able to work independently, drive a Standard Shift Vehicle and have a Clean Driving Record. There is an initial training/probationary period of 90 days. (during your Initial training period your pay rate will be $11.00 per hour). After successfully completing your training/probationary period you will paid $12.00 per hour or $480.00 per week based on a 40 hour week. Your income is based on both service production and sales, so sales experience would also be helpful, but not required, and could substantially increase your income. Our Trained technicians average 35-45k annually. Bonus/Commissions are paid monthly based on production so the only limit on your income is you. Following a successful 90 day training period we provide a company vehicle, paid vacation and holidays. access to a 401k program and Health Insurance (we can help you obtain if you do not have it).
* If you’re a motivated individual with a strong desire to be independent, free of time clocks and a boss leaning over your shoulder this opportunity may be for you, consider it an opportunity to explore your limits.
* After completion of your training/probationary period (90 days) the successful Intern will be responsible for the day to day operation of a pest control route.
* Follow a daily route schedule, insuring timely arrival at each stop.
(A company vehicle is provided.)
* Distribution of sales material (flyers) to increase the size of your route and income.
* Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction and cross sell additional services.
* Discuss the scope of services provided with the customer. Decide on the most efficient pest solution for their customer's needs.
* Provide their customers with the best customer experience, pest control and eradication services in the industry.
* Complete all required service-related paperwork.
* Diagnose and discuss the scope of pest control service with customers.
* Respond to customer requests in a timely manner.
