Clinton Ossa is from Inza, in the Cauca department of Colombia. The next few days we’re offering the 12th micro lot @olympiacoffee has purchased from Clinton. Grown on a small farm just shy of 5 acres and processed on site, this coffee is perfectly balanced producing berry and floral notes. Clinton Ossa has a reputation for being one the best coffee farmers in the world, once you taste this you’ll know why! @ Tempest Coffee Collective
🤩 We’re elated to announce that we’re partnering with @olympiacoffee. We basically drink coffee for a living and theirs is our absolute favorite! They’re a certified @bcorporation focusing on quality of life for coffee farmers, staff and customers. Olympia’s Fair For All program and their annual transparency report show us the difference they’re making: paying more than double fair trade prices for every coffee they purchase, helping establish a sustainable minimum wage for laborers at origin and helping refine growing and processing methods for higher scoring coffees. We’ve had so much fun working with their coffee and can’t wait to share it with you!
