If you are wondering about our protocols at Temptd, here’s what to expect:
1. Please don’t come in if you are feeling sick, or if someone in your house is sick, or even if you have been exposed. We will happily reschedule your appointment 😊
2. When you arrive call or text us to let us know you are here. We will let your stylist know. We will also let you know when you can come in. (We are trying to avoid a cluster of people in our receptionist area.)
3. Please leave any large coats in your car if you can, with colder weather we understand the need to bring your coats. If you do bring one in we will happily hang it in our back room (separated from other coats).
4. When you walk in the door, you will be asked to sign a consent form promising us you are feeling healthy and you can sanitize your hands. Disposable masks will be available if you need one.
4. All service providers will be wearing a mask, you will also be required to wear a mask. (Thank you for your cooperation! 😊)
5. Our shampoo bowls will have dividers in between them.
6. All of our equipment, handles, stations, chairs, and any touch points are regularly disinfected in between each salon guest.
* If you are still feeling nervous to come in, early morning appointments may be available upon request. (Just let us know, we will help take care of you 😊)

Let us tell you a story about one of our family(Marcia Ellestad) members grandson, Jordan.
Jordan’s journey began when became sick often and had difficulty walking. After months of doctors appointments with no answers other then he was faking or seeking attention, one doctor finally believed his family. Unfortunately, the diagnosis was every parents worst nightmare... Jordan was diagnosed with stage M neuroblastoma on June 29th, 2019, a month before his 3rd birthday. This cancer is commonly found in the adrenal glands but has had also spread to his bones and bone marrow. Jordan has undergone many treatments and procedures in the last year. Recently he has been doing physical therapy to build strength in his legs. And now that he is a big boy his silly and sassy side is getting stronger too.
