This beer is made to match with Japanese food flavors. It is slightly cloudy look but taste very refreshing with hint of Sencha green tea, ginger and citrus.
It's easy to drink under Florida weather! (ABV4.7%)

Do you know Daruma dolls?
They are hollow and round Japanese wish dolls with no arms or legs, modeled after Bodhiharma, the founder and first patriarch of Zen.
It's traditional to fill in the right eye first with using black ink and thinking of a wish. The left eyes are blank until the wish is fulfilled!
It's nice interior and keeps you motivated!
