After reviewing your application, credit report, income, assets and employment history, a lender may pre-approve your for a loan. ✅
If you are pre-approved for a home loan, the lender will give you a letter of pre-approval. You’ll hold onto this letter during your home search. 🔎
When you find a home that you're interested in, you'll show that you have been pre-approved. Having a pre-approval letter can show sellers that you're serious about purchasing and can give you a competitive edge over the many buyers today's market. 💪
