Michael F. Tew has been affiliated with prior firms in Fort Myers since1980 and has earned a reputation for his highly ethical conduct in providing quality legal services to the community. Mr. Tew has over 30 years of experience in handling employer defense in workers’ compensation matters, insurance coverage and premium disputes, general civil litigation, defense of insureds in claim or coverage issues, and workers’ compensation compliance matters for employers. In addition, Mr. Tew is a Certified Circuit Mediator and a State-Qualified Arbitrator.
