Here’s a short video of our completed project replacing 63 roofs at Cinco Twin Villas in Katy, TX.
This was a huge upgrade to this community going from a 3-tab 25 year shingle with no warranty to a GAF Timberline Lifetime roofing System on each.
Each roof comes with a 50 year non-prorated material warranty, 130 mph wind for 15 years, & most importantly a 25 year Leak Free warranty.
Great job by all our crew & David Amar for estimating, selling, & project managing the entire project from start to finish.
All 63 building’s roofs were replaced in 17 days.
