Our company president, Lonnie McDonald, is considered a technical expert and holds the Prestigious IIcrc Designations of Master Textile Cleaner, Master Restorer Smoke and Certified Practicing Senior Carpet Inspector. He serves on the Institute of Inspection Cleaning Restoration Certification (IIcrc) Technical Advisory Committees that write the Cleaning Courses and Standards. He also serves on the American Home Furnishings Alliance committees on Leather Cleaning and Labeling. Lonnie has written several articles that have appeared in industry trade magazines. Lonnie is also the past president and current Executive Director of the Low Moisture Carpet Cleaners Association . Lonnie is an IIcrc Instructor and industry recognized instructor in leather care and low moisture processes.
