Joseph Mitchell Albury was born and raised in Key West, Florida. He attended Key West High School and graduated in1979. In 1985 Joseph married his high school sweetheart Kimberly Dawn O'Dell. Together they have three daughters, Nicole, Katie, Lauren, and a Grandson, Trent Joseph Thomas. Since graduating high school, Joseph helped run his family business, Reliable Vending Service, Inc., until 1998. Joseph began his college education by attending and graduating from Florida Keys Community College in 1996 with an Associate in Arts (A.A.) Degree. He then attended Saint Leo University and in 1998 graduated with his Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Business Administration. Joseph was accepted to and attended Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad Law Center and graduated in 2001
