We are searching for a responsible and reliable Landscape Crew Member to Join our team! As a Landscape Crew Member, you will be responsible for maintaining the construction of outdoor spaces, maintaining existing residential and commercial properties, use a variety equipment to aid tasks, and completing various duties assigned by the Crew Leader. If you aren't afraid to get your hands dirty come join our team! A day in the life as a Landscape Crew Member: •Monitoring and maintaining plant health. •Installation of material according to design specifications. •Tree and shrub planting, pruning, monitoring and maintenance. •Installation and maintenance of annual and perennial beds and planters. •Installation of fabric, sod, decorative rock, mulch, etc. •Operate light and heavy equipment, power tools and hand tools. •Keep work vehicles and equipment clean, organized, and in good working order. •Perform such other activities that may be temporarily or permanently assigned •Working with a team to ensure goals are reached. Landscape Crew Member Requirements: •High school diploma. •Valid driver’s license with excellent driving record. •Background check & drug screen required. •Ability to provide clear written and verbal instructions. Bonus Points: •Degree in Horticulture •CDL •Experience operating skid steer loaders, mini- excavators, mowers and various other landscape operations equipment. •Knowledge of shrubs, plants, trees, perennials and landscape material.
