Dr. Benhuri earned his doctor of medicine in dentistry from the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine and specialized in prosthetics. As a fellow of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry (AAID), Dr. Benhuri possesses extensive training and education in complex dental implant procedures. To further his expertise, Dr. Benhuri completed additional training to become a fellow and diplomat of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists.
With a substantial background in dentistry and oral surgery, Dr. Benhuri has become a trusted dental leader worldwide. Not only has he played critical roles in research and development of dental implants since 1971; he previously served as president of AAID for the Northeast region. Dr. Benhuri was also the former editor of the journal Implant Dentistry. This role gave him the opportunity to continue his education about the latest implant treatments and technology.
