They are looking to spend a large sum of money and have committed to staying in New York City. Yet my buyer suddenly turned to me with a face filled with fear and said, “Julia what will become of New York?” My reply is the same it has been for the past year. New York City will do what it always does, it will reinvent itself and come back better and stronger. It is a city filled with smart, creative and resilient people. Many New Yorkers have large financial investments in the city and they are working hard to protect those assets by making our city better. I am already seeing some interesting changes, which I believe will make New York even more livable and vibrant that ever!
