We are incredibly excited to share that this beautiful human, Stacey Ramsower, will be joining us November 6th & 7th to share Mapping the Sacred Body. This is a practice-based workshop bridging the gap between anatomy and spirituality. Using asana, breath, mantra and myth, students will investigate the physical and emotional dynamics of the pelvis, as well as the mythological correlation with the goddess, Lakshmi. There will be a supplemental rib, diaphragm, and shoulder class on Friday night โจ
You have the opportunity to join the workshop in studio (space is limited) or virtually through Zoom for both the Friday and Saturday offerings.

As we enter into the Winter season today we are heeding natureโs call. All around us nature becomes still and turns inward preparing for deep rest. We are choosing to do the same at the studio...offering practices that support deep rest, connection and move us into the more subtle layers of the body and mind.
We are also choosing to unplug. Getting quiet on the devices, social media platforms, etc. instead we want to connect with you through the heart. We hope to inspire you and support you in finding what heals you, brings you stillness and introspection.
