On Thursday, we created our own hats. It was a great time with the help of Greta, one of our home health caregivers. The ladies had a blast, as you can tell by the smiles on their faces.

Our cuddle curtain for National Assisted Living Week was a huge success! The residents so enjoyed getting to hug their loved ones after such a long time! There were so many smiling faces. Our local newspaper even showed up for a look.

We have an amazing team and family here at our community. Every day, someone from the team is always thinking of their fellow associates. Today, Ramona Guzman brought in breakfast for all. To fuel our Friday. We want to give her a huge THANK YOU! It was delicious.
For many years, we have been blessed to have many veterans come and go. On Veterans Day, we not only honored our current veterans, we also honored our past veterans with a table set up in memory of them.
We also had The Trinity Catholic Band and Hospice of Marion County come to celebrate our veterans! A great time was had by all.
We are so blessed to have had many veterans in our facility throughout the years. We have a wall of honor in our library from past and current residents. The stories we have been told from theses amazing people will never be forgotten. Thank you to all of our men and women, past and present, for serving our country.

The first Friday of every month, we have one of our favorite entertainers here, Lou Katz. He always gets the crowd going and some to stand up and sing a long with him!
