The Brothers Law Firm updated their address.
COVID 19 has hit nursing home especially hard, but it shouldn't be surprising. Inadequate infection control has long been one of the many issues we frequently see in nursing home cases. Unfortunately, COVID 19 was like fire on dry grass.

The Brothers Law Firm is celebrating its one-year anniversary this month. I was blessed to be able to work with my former co-workers to wrap-up some older cases and blessed to work with old friends on new ones. To top it all off, I was humbled to graduate from a rising star to one of 25 Texas Super Lawyers for Plaintiff's Medical-Malpractice. God willing, 2020 will be even better with some big news hopefully on the way soon.
Practicing law can be hard and many days as a personal injury attorney are spent dwelling on horrible things. But days like today when everyone works together to take care of a young child are why we do it. Thank you Judge Payne for an amazing experience!

Mr. Eskridge is the third case we've filed arising out of serious errors related to heart transplants at St. Luke's. Of course, he's unique in that as far we know, he's one of the few who has survived a botched surgery. Unfortunately, his new heart doesn't function well, he requires dialysis due to kidney damage, and he has an injury to a nerve in his chest that prevents him from getting a full breath. We'll be fighting for every penny to make sure this great man who served his country with honor is able to get the best future care possible.
