It was a fun day seeing so many folks on day one of our 2019 After Christmas Sale! Thanks to those of you that showed up early and waited in line! It was important for us to treat everyone fairly! Day two starts tomorrow at 10:00. And we still are offering 50% off nearly everything storewide... including premium brand new in the box pre-lit trees, ornaments, nutcrackers, lights, Radko, Byers’ Choice, Joe Spencer, Fontanini, Steinbach, treeskirts and more! We’re offering 25% off of our expertly personalized ornaments, and 75% off of our floor model display trees. Inventory starts soon, so please come and take advantage of these prices. We don’t want to count all this stuff, and we need to make room for all the new 2020 decorations and toys!

The Christmas Dove will hold a sorta, semi-regular after-Christmas sale this year... beginning this Saturday, December 28th at 10:00.
Please note that no one will be allowed to enjoy sale pricing before 10:00 on Saturday. Also note, as usual, all sales will be deemed final, and we will conduct business strictly on a first come, first serve basis. When we do these things, sometimes folks decide to show up early, so maybe grab a coffee or cocoa on the way.
This year’s highlights will be released tomorrow. Some items will be a mere 25% off, but you can expect exciting 50% to 60% and more off on some of your favorite brands and categories.
While we may have turned the page on decor for Christmas 2019, we are are already planning and shopping for Christmas 2020, we need your help to make room!

The Christmas Dove
The Christmas Dove will be open 9 until 5 on Christmas Eve Day. We will be closed on Christmas Day, 12/25. Merry Christmas to you all, and we look forward to seeing you tomorrow or after the Holiday.
Santa and Mrs. Claus will be making two last 2019 visits to the Christmas Dove this weekend! 11 until 3 on Saturday and Sunday. Join us for complimentary pictures and memory making!
Join us for a weekend full of memories in the making! This Saturday, December 14th, Santa will be visiting for pictures from 11 until 3. Also, illustrator Karen Busch Holman, author Peter Arenstam, and perhaps most anticipated, Portland the famous Cat will be signing copies of A Cat’s Christmas Tale from 11 until 2!
And this Sunday, December 15th, we welcome author Diane Robbins Jones and illustrator Karen Holman for a very special signing of Rudy, the story of a ‘Big Horse with a Big Heart!’
On top of all this memory making, the Dove is stocked full of amazing decorations, local artist creations, (demonstrations throughout both days) toys, personalized ornaments and more... over 16000 square feet of unique gift shopping experiences waiting to be discovered! A big thank you to Lexie’s Burger Bus, Sausage Express, Jeremy’s Roadside BBQ and Catering, Kozy’s Pizza, and the kids at the Barrington Youth Association for raising so much money for End 68 Hours of Hunger, the Barrington Food Pantry, the BYA and the Dana Farber Cancer Institute’s Jimmy Fund!

Yes, this year we are primarily stuffed with beautiful ornaments and accents for your Holidays. But we also have just silly, fun, whimsical pieces as well. For those who are in need of the latter this year, “The Child Nutcracker”has arrived just ahead of the Mandalorian Season 2 Premier. He’s not beautiful, but he’s darn cute!

We have 16,000 square feet here on Christmas Lane, so be courteous to our staff and your fellow guests. We invite you to explore, while giving everyone their space.
Tomorrow and Saturday we will host two of our artists as they create their works, and a food truck, Sausage Express, in the parking lot. Please grant them the same courtesy as we begin to decorate and shop for the best time of the year!
Due to the snow, we will be closing at 5:00 today, Saturday December 5th. We will be open tomorrow from 10 until 5. Stay safe and enjoy the snow!
Nothing stops Santa from coming to Town! This Saturday, December 12th, and next Saturday, December 19th, Mr. Claus will be visiting the Christmas Dove from 4 until 7 in the evening.
Mr. And Mrs. C will be visiting inside our showcase window behind the bench on our front entry porch to allow families to safely get a coveted 2020 photo with the Big Guy before he heads back up North to prepare for this year’s version of the original contact-less delivery!
Masks are 100% required in the Christmas Dove, in the Christmas Dove parking lot, and while waiting for a picture with Santa... should there be a wait. As it is outdoors, and Santa will be safely enclosed in his own showcase, we feel comfortable allowing families and Santa to remove masks while photos are taken.
If you are uncomfortable with these protocols, these visits are not for you and your family! As always, there’s no charge for photos with Santa, just bring your own camera!
That moment when you realize Santa and Mrs. Claus are sitting right behind you! Mr. and Mrs. Claus will be making one more visit to Barrington tomorrow evening from 4 until 7, before they head back to the North Pole. Pictures are free, outside on our front porch. Masks are required in the parking lot, while in line (if there is one) and within our store, but as Santa and Mrs. C will be inside our cool window display, they’ll be once again safely distanced from your kiddos.
With snow inbound, we will be having an afternoon opening tomorrow, December the 17th. Enjoy the morning with your families, and should your plans include a visit, please call ahead. 603.664.7712. It appears at this time we should be able to open the doors sometime between early and mid afternoon and should be open until 8:00pm, as the precipitation is projected to move quickly off shore.

Tomorrow we will be offering a great, but different after Christmas Sale. Please note, masks are required a porta-potty has been situated in the back right hand corner of the parking lot, and we will accept best offers on our remaining undecorated Prelit trees.
