Need a little side-coaching as we continue to navigate this pandemic? There's an app for that. COVID Coach is a free, easy-to-use mobile app created for everyone to support self-care and overall mental health during the COVID-19 pandemic. The app connects you to resources to help you cope with stress, stay healthy, stay connected, and navigate parenting, caregiving, and/or working at home. The app addresses the vast range of experiences people are having right now — from fun, practical or relaxing activities you could try at home to finding resources for reporting intimate partner violence, finding an online therapist, finding local food banks, or reporting racist or xenophobic incidents. The app is private and secure, no email account or password is required, no user data collected. COVID Coach was created by VA's National Center for PTSD as part of their full suite of free mobile mental health apps.
