A Little Bit about Kim and Richard:
"Kim and I bring 38 years combined experience in the San Antonio Construction & Real Estate Industry. Our goal is to provide a level of service that exceeds your expectations by providing first class quality service. We understand that communication is the most important factor to a successful relationship. We strive to make sure each and every customer feels very special, appreciated and understood by our compassion and sincere desire to help our customers achieve their goals. Our background and experience offers a unique benefit to our clients in each project. Prior to Construction and Real Estate, Kim worked on her Masters and PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology while working in the Mortgage Servicing Industry. We know the Construction and Real Estate environment is always changing therefore we are diligent about consistently learning and staying up to date on new methods, changes, and new technologies. Most recent certifications Kim focused on was the Seniors Real Estate Professional and Licensed Stager. Richard has a degree in Homebuilding which offers knowledgeable advice to any construction project. Richard also appeared on HGTV's show "My House is worth what?" as the Expert on advising the homeowners on what projects they should do to improve their property value. Both Richard and Kim have been recognized as Top Realtors in the San Antonio Real Estate Market and have been quoted in several Real Estate news articles in the Business Section of The San Antonio Express-News.
