She is professionally certified to administer a variety of behavioral and psychological type assessments using the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI).
Sharon has developed programs on a local, national and international scale; facilitated leadership teams; and has worked individually with key decision makers to improve outcomes and focus their career development, as well as the career development of their people. She has experience in a variety of industries and corporate environments, and in both domestic and global arenas.
Sharon’s enthusiastic, straightforward, and personable style allows her to establish trust quickly among diverse groups, providing a solid foundation for solving the organization’s most difficult challenges. With over 20 years of experience in the HR arena, she has expertise in facilitation, coaching, talent management, and management of change. She has substantial experience working with executives in global corporations to solve their most difficult “people” challenges. Sharon holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management from Baldwin Wallace College in Cleveland and a B.S.Degree in Business from Maryville University in St. Louis.
