On July 28th 2005 Andrii Bondarenko received the top national distinction an athlete can receive I Ukraine from sports authorities - Merited(Distinguished) Master of Sport

Check out these awesome young musicians at The Dalcroze School of the Rockies 🙂 In this clip of Rhythmic-Solfège V students, you can see (and they can really feel) the sensation of beat/weight displacement associated with syncopation. What a blast to see them using their bodies as their instruments!!!

ปีที่แล้วสมัคร workshop นึง ใช้เวลาเรียน 3 วันเต็ม ตอนแรกก็ไม่รู้ว่ามันคืออะไร แต่เพื่อนผู้จัดบอกว่าเหมาะกับคนหลายอาชีพ ทั้งครูสอนดนตรี นักเรียนดนตรี และนักแสดง ก็เลย อะ ถือเป็นสิ่งใหม่ มันต้องได้อะไรบ้างแหละ!
เรียนจบมาแบบเข้าใจบ้างไม่เข้าใจบ้าง เก็บความรู้บางอย่างมาสอนนักเรียนตัวเอง โดยเฉพาะวิธีการสอนนับจังหวะ ซึ่งที่ผ่านมาถือเป็นเรื่องมืดแปดด้านว่าจะสอนคนที่นับจังหวะไม่เป็นได้อย่างไร นอกจากให้เขาฟังและหัดเคาะตามไปเรื่อย ๆ ตามความรู้สึกและความห่างของเวลาที่เท่ากัน
ผ่านไป 1 ปี หลังใช้วิชาจาก workshop นี้มาประยุกต์รวมกับการสอนของตัวเอง ก็พบว่าเราสามารถสอนนักเรียนให้เข้าใจเรื่องจังหวะได้มากขึ้นจริง ๆ ถือเป็นเรื่องน่ายินดีทั้งกับตัวคนสอนและคนเรียน โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งเวลาเห็นนักเรียนดีใจที่เขาร้องเพลงได้ดีขึ้น คนสอนก็แทบน้ำตาจะแตกเช่นกัน 😊
เขียนมายืดยาวแค่อยากจะบอกว่า ทุกการเรียนรู้ ทุกความตั้งใจ จะส่งผลอะไรบางอย่างกับเราเสมอ พัฒนาตัวเองก็เหมือนได้พัฒนาคนอื่น เด็ดดอกไม้สะเทือนถึงดวงดาว ประโยคนี้ไม่เคยเก่าเลย
