WE ARE BACK!
We are beginning to see all of our patients for their emergent and routine needs. In order to keep both our patients and our staff safe and healthy, we have several new office policies and procedures. We will review these with you prior to your next appointment however, we encourage you to reach out to us if you have any questions or concerns.
We are beginning to reschedule any appointments that may have been delayed due to our temporary mandated closure. Please feel free to call us to get rescheduled as well!
We cannot wait to see all of you!
We miss you all! We work in the dental field because we love helping people. We love seeing and restoring your beautiful smiles. We love catching up with our patients, hearing stories and seeing pictures of your children, grandchildren, and fur babies. We love hearing about your future and past travels and plans for the weekend and can’t wait to do this all again in the near future. Right now our services are limited to emergencies and are still answering our phones so if you are in pain of any kind please call and we will come in to help you or help you find the appropriate care. These measures are to keep our patients and team healthy and limit our PPE use as directed by the governor. Information is changing daily and right now we do not know when we can return for elective care. The best thing to do would be to follow us on social media and watch for emails or texts from us. This will also help support us as a small family owned business as we go through a difficult time. Thank you for all of your understanding and support! We truly have the best patients and can not wait to come back better than ever and serve you!
The Dental Center of Eagan is closed for all non-emergent issues at this time. We will be answering our phones and seeing emergency patients so please if you have tooth pain or swelling do DO NOT GO TO THE EMERGENCY ROOM. We can still see you in our office or get patients set up with Dr. Chris for oral surgery needs. Our supply of masks and a load of diapers were donated to Children's Minnesota to help out during this crisis. Everyone please everyone stay home when possible and stay safe and healthy. We will be back soon and stronger than ever!
Happy dental assistant week to our hard working, hilarious, talented and caring assistant Melissa Schwarz Rickheim! We love you and couldn’t do it all without you💥💥
