On this edition of KTLA 5’s Hispanic Heritage Visionaries, we explore the journey of Juan J. Dominguez from our partners at The Dominguez Firm. Juan immigrated to Los Angeles at the age of 10 and could not speak English. He would go on to open The Dominguez Firm in 1987, which now employs 120 legal professionals.
The Dominguez Firm’s family is growing, and we are welcoming two new members to our Employment Law Department.
Attorney Carlos Montoya grew up in South East Los Angeles. He witnessed how unscrupulous employers would take advantage of family members, friends, and neighbors. These experiences inspired him to become an attorney. Attorney Montoya joined our team to continue the fight against injustices at the workplace.
Attorney Javier Ramirez, born and raised in Los Angeles, understands how hard-working people are vulnerable to having their rights violated by their employers.
