I'm just another kid from the lower parts of Milwaukee,WI. I grew up on the Westside of Madison, WI. If you look in the dictionary for the word "HUSTLER", you'll definitely see a picture of me slapped right next to it. Entrepreneurship doesn't begin to describe me! Coming from a world of adversity, poverty, & hardships I've always been a go-getter! I could sell salt to a snail, water to a whale, but I never understood the dynamics and the art of real Hustle until I found myself on my 3rd prison bit a washed up alcoholic, gambling degenerate, abusive womanizer, deadbeat father who didn't want to deal with life, due to PTSD caused by many childhood episodes and chapters of my life. D.O.P????E is a Culture, it's a way of Life, it's what we Stand For!!! I discovered it while finding my own sobriety. I thought of the acronym, D.O.P????E Doing Only Promoting & Entertainment, and incorporated it into my business Pureworks Ent L.L.C, to give the fashion world a voice from the other side & to take a stand as an American designer. I was sick of being stereotyped as a criminal, a drug dealer, a miscreant, so I decided to turn my upbringing into a "quick flip" and give back to the world what was dropped off in my community.
