Easton Rotary Centennial Committee Makes $100,000 Contribution
Centennial Scholarship at the Mid-Shore Community Foundation now a reality.
Led by Scholarship Committee Chair, Stuart Bounds, the Centennial Committee of the Rotary Club of Easton finalized the agreement with the Mid-Shore Community Foundation (MSCF) to manage our Centennial Trades Scholarship and in January, made an initial contribution of $100,000 to endow it. Since then, under the leadership of Finance Committee Chair, Tom Hill, and External Campaign Chair, Steve Ochse, the External Campaign gathered a lot of momentum. As of February 22, 2021, it has raised $243,000 for the Centennial Scholarship with a goal of $500,000.
