Update from The Eyecare Boutique:
Thank you for your patience throughout these difficult times. The continuing COVID-19 pandemic has slowed us down but not pushed us out! We are reopening our doors on May 18th. The CDC lifted the restriction for essential care on April 24th. We will prioritize appointments for urgent, medical, and essential care. If you have an existing routine appointment but no significant concerns, we may ask you to postpone until all restrictions are lifted for our area. If you have any questions or eye care needs, please do not hesitate to call the office at 724-940-0150.
We want to assure you that we take the health and well-being of our community, patients, and associates very seriously. We will be implementing new procedures to allow for your safe return.
These will include but are not limited to:
1. Appointments required for all services including exams, ordering glasses, pick up of glasses & contact lenses, or adjustments.
2. Daily disinfection of office surfaces and areas.
3. Curbside check-in. (Patient must wait in vehicle until staff is available.)
4. Temperature checks and screening of patients and staff. (Patient and staff must pass verbal COVID-19 screening and temperature checks.)
5. Hand sanitizers for staff and patients. Patients will be asked to disinfect hands upon entering office.
6. Social distancing measures implemented. (Includes limiting number of patients and exams.)
*We are asking patients to come alone or if assistance is needed please limit to one person.
7. Masks required for staff and patients.
8. Disinfection of equipment between all patients.
9. Patient intake forms (available on our website theeyecareboutique.com) to be completed prior to appointment.
10. Patient to wait for staff to assist in frame selection or other optical needs. Frames disinfected between patients.
We will continue to follow CDC guidelines and make changes as appropriate to ensure the safety of our patients and staff members. We appreciate your patience as we all adjust and perfect these new safety precautions.
We look forward to seeing you soon!
