Our carpet technicians installed custom carpet work on an old staircase… and makes it look new!
Our team is top notch at The Flooring Center and we work really hard to find solutions to solve our customers dilemmas. This staircase’s corners were higher than the stringer on the sides so it left the edge of the carpet exposed and in the past it unraveled along the edges.
We cut the carpet to size and sent it out to be machine sewn with custom binding along the edges prior to installation. Our technicians contoured the steps so that there would be more “step space” on each step. Another very happy customer with a newly renovated beautiful basement.
