What’s it like owning a small business and juggling a family? Well this is it. Work 7 days a week and sometimes she wants to come and little man stays home with dad.
She loves being here and making bouquets or “taking” orders and even “calling” for more flowers and supplies.
Yesterday she wanted to do custom cards so that way when people wrote messages they knew they were loved. Granted it’s on St. Paddy’s cards but she can’t read, the sentiment is the same.

While cleaning out the basement I found some amazing treasures. One happened to be a piece of our original counter tops from either our first location in downtown Pawtucket 1950’s or our first location on Hanover Ave 1960’s (East Side Travel now). The legs are from 40yrs ago or so. They were parts of a candle arbor from the 70’s. I’ve been able to find old ads that my grandfather ran in the 70’s and 80’s and my uncle in the 90’s. I love how it came out and it’s a great reminder of where we came from and where we are headed. Adding more treasures as we find them. 💚

Today I had the immense pleasure of doing the intimate wedding of a very dear family friend. I’ve know this family for many years and to be able to do florals for a wedding after doing years of prom flowers is a blessing.
I was able to bring their vision to life. The tent was just tables and chairs when I got there and when I left it sparkles like the stars in the sky. Loving working hard and seeing the smiles on faces.

As a lifelong hockey fan especially the @nhlbruins it brings chills to see them honor a young player this way after suffering a devastating injury. As a Bishop Feehan High School alum we were always taught about the #feehanfamily to this day the friends I’ve made, the lessons learned and faith gained by this community is still with me.
