To Our Valued Clients, We are extremely happy to report that after talking with the State of Maryland and to our local authorities we are still able to provide mobile grooming services for your pets. Our mobile units have always been cleaned and sanitized between clients but as we all strive to stay healthy during the Covid-19 situation, we wanted to let you know of some extra precautions our mobile groomers (Ana and Roy) will be taking to protect you and your family as well as our family. To begin with, if anyone in your home is ill, we ask that you please call us to reschedule the appointment. It is important for all of us to keep safety in mind on a broader scale. We want you to be safe and our groomers to be, as well, so that they are able to continue providing service to you and your pets! Additionally: • The groomers will not be entering any homes. • We are asking all clients to keep their pet's collars/harnesses/leashes in their homes to avoid bringing anything into the disinfected work area. We will use our own leashes and disinfecting them thoroughly between each pet. • The groomers will be wearing gloves to meet your pet at your door and return them to you at your door following grooming. (They will not be using gloves when clipping/trimming your pets for safety reasons.) • When not wearing gloves they will be washing their hands often and using hand sanitizer as an added precaution. • When working with your pets they will be keeping distance from their faces; licking/kisses of the groomer's face are being discouraged. • Due to extra sanitizing/disinfecting, their schedule may run behind. • The groomers will text clients when they are on the way so that they can be ready for their arrival.
