Got a Not Guilty in misdemeanor court this week! Good work by Judge, prosecutors and jury. Justice prevailed.
Recent phone call between Justin and Pro-Se Respondent: Pro-Se Respondent: "My drug test is bogus. I'm on prescriptions." Justin: "Sir, they don't prescribe methamphetamines." Pro-Se Respondent: "Well .... you're a lawyer, not a doctor."
So glad to practice in a County where the Judges know what they're doing. I don't always agree with their rulings, but I understand why they rule the way they do.
