"My experience with Trish's protocol to address my asthma has been phenomenal.
I consulted Trish August 21st. I had been trying to combat the symptoms with breathing exercises while trying to scale back or eliminate use of a Symbicort inhaler and a rescue (albuterol) inhaler and I was getting frustrated because I wasn't having much luck. I was still having to use the albuterol as soon as I got up and intermittently throughout the day - usually three to four times and sometimes more. I love to swim and have been doing a lot of it this summer but the asthma is interfering.
Trish, after a in-depth explanation of how this is going to work, put me on Healthy Colon Plus probiotic, three caps in the morning and three in the evening and Multi-Zyme, two before every meal. After two weeks of that, I no longer needed the albuterol first thing in the morning. In fact, many days I haven't needed it at all. I cut back on the Symbicort to one puff before bed from four - two in the morning and two in the evening.
I have stayed on this protocol and added Lung Flush about three weeks ago...not sure how much this is helping but am giving it a full month and then I fully intend to progress to the next stage of the protocol.
This has been wonderful. I had been plagued by asthma, off and on, since I was a kid. Smoking as a teenager and a young adult didn't help; I put the last one out in April of 1983 but I know they did some damage. I thought I had beaten asthma for good maybe fifteen years ago, when the exercises I was doing seemed to put a stop to it.
In October of 2013, it came back and stayed and I just couldn't exercise it away. So imagine how pleased I am that this protocol of Trish's is working so beautifully!
It still flares when a weather front is approaching or we've had a lot of rain and sometimes with exercise. But the control it had over my life and activities is greatly lessened because I listened to Trish. And I plan to continue until I no longer automatically check for my albuterol inhaler before I go out the door.
