The Healthy Back & Body Clinic: By taking a simple and gentle approach we will decrease your pain first before we start corrective and strengthening activities. We ask our patients to commit to 10 to 15 minutes of exercise one time per day, then you can balance your bodies muscles and return your proper posture.
Strong posture is key to a healthy back. My treatment plan is very effective in correcting your posture, increasing your strength and teaching you so that you can become your own therapist.
