This is from last winter, but I never get tired of watching it.
Rick flew in from Nebraska on Tuesday morning to see me in my office that afternoon. I replaced his hip Thursday morning and he stopped by Friday to say goodbye on his way to the airport. As a farmer, he had no time for a hospitalization or lengthy recovery so he chose an outpatient anterior approach hip replacement at our Center. He has no restrictions and can resume any activity as tolerated. By the way, I’m 5’ 10” and he standing right next to me. They grow ‘em big in Nebraska.
