Be carful not to abuse you ear with your mask. See the proper fitting here. Constant pulling down on your ear can cause discomfort and permanent deformity. Try a variety of masks to see which is best for you.

Drene is having some difficulty understanding due to the use of face masks. She told me her MD wears two masks and a shield! The easiest solution is to get the voice from the speaker right into the hearing aids via a Bluetooth microphone. Is was successful in the office so she is off to try it in the real world. Her very supportive husband is wearing the mic in this photo.
