He has handled over 1,500 criminal cases & has secured HUNDREDS of Dismissals in Harris County. Additionally, he has successfully settled over $1 million dollars in personal injury cases.
Attorney Huff was the 1st Attorney in Texas to win a Ch. 95 Appeal via the 1st Court of Appeals and recently won a claim against the Harris County Sherriff’s Office for leaving an inmate locked in a filthy, feces filled, bug infested, unsanitary cell without proper medical attention and/or recreational time. Attorney Huff worked with the Department of Justice, FBI, Texas Senator, Internal Affairs, etc… to ensure his client received Justice. Harris County ultimately Paid $400,000.00 to Mr. Huff’s Client in the form of a settlement check.
Attorney Huff earned his BA from the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston and his Law Doctorate from South Texas College of Law- Houston. He was trained by the TCDLA Trial College- Learning from some of the best trial lawyers in Texas.
