It's difficult to know what to say when so little makes sense right now. What we can make sense of is that, while we know all people to be equal, we live in a system that does not reflect that simple truth. Far from it. Our country was built on the backbone of institutional, state-sanctioned racism and murder, and, forty-four presidents later, all told, it's hard to discern even a small step in the right direction. The deep-seated racism, the murder - it's all still grotesquely commonplace. Perhaps we have finally arrived at the crossroads where voices are to be HEARD, changes MADE, and justice DONE. And while WE are not the voices we want to hear right now - and not the voices you should want to hear right now - we are 100% here, listening, ready to change, and ready to act, because #blacklivesmatter and #enoughisenough đź–¤
Donation deliveries today to the most wonderful people of Sentara testing site and Martha Jefferson Cancer Center đź–¤ #cville #Charlottesville #ilovecville #heathcare #healthcareworkers @ Sentara Martha Jefferson Cancer Center
We're in uncharted territory here, and we're all doing what we can to keep our community safe, healthy, and eventually thriving once again.
For our part, we can bring the power of organic fruits & veggies to those most in need right now, be that the medical professionals on the front lines, other essential workers doing their part to keep the wheels turning, or anyone else out there who needs a helping hand amidst all this uncertainty.
Your donation will go fully and directly towards the bulk purchase of the organic fruits & veggies we just mentioned above. We'll do the rest: the washing, the prepping, the juicing, the bottling, and the delivering.
We've already lined up our first deliveries going out April 1, but we would love more ideas for groups or individuals that could use some fresh juice. So whether or not you're able to donate, contact us here or through our website and share your ideas (we'll keep all submissions confidential unless you indicate otherwise).
Thanks for helping us help C'ville. Much love, and stay safe, healthy, and conscientious out there.

A quick message from Mike & Sarah:
Thank you all SO much for the overwhelming show of support-whether it be a text to check-in, a selfie with a smoothie bowl, a photo of a juice delivery bag on your front porch, an online order, or tagging us in local business posts. To say we are overwhelmed with gratitude is an understatement. We hope that other businesses in the community will reach out and let us know how we can be a support to them as we all navigate this time together.
Sending all the love ❤️
