Our Drive-By Halloween party will be happening Friday October 30th. We will start off near the offices at 6pm and make our way back through the community on golf carts, playing music and throwing out bags of candy!
Put your costume on and come out to your balcony / porch to get a candy bag and be entered in our costume contest!!
We will post the winners of our costume contest on the 31st and have your gift cards available for pick up in the office!
We had minions today on the grounds and had a fantastic time with all of you this evening...thanks to all of our great residents for your participation and the maintenance team for being such great sports!

Unfortunately, due to an emergency situation outside of anyone's control, we are having to cancel tonight's holiday parade with Santa. I know many of us were excited to get out and show off our ugly sweaters, but we won't be able to tonight.
Instead, we are encouraging you to come up with a creative photo of you, your friends, family and or pets wearing your ugly sweater and hashtag #UglySweatersAtTK on fb and or instagram. We will be delivering a prize to our favorite photo on Monday.
