Job duties include drafting correspondence, managing firm calendar, handling phone calls with opposing counsel, court and clients, conducting initial new client intake and scheduling consultations, maintaining open and closed files. Anticipating hours of 8:30am to 1:00pm M-F, might expand to full time if necessary.
