Client released from jail at his habeas hearing this morning pending armed robbery charges. I don’t think I’ve ever seen the Towson Circuit Court courtyard so empty.
“No action” for our client this afternoon at his dui mva hearing. The administrative law judge found the trooper confused our client during the dui investigation process by, among other things, advising him of the administrative penalties roadside just after he denied a preliminary breath test, instead of at the police station, taking a “general denial.” No suspension and no interlock!
Bam, DUI dismissed (even though our guy admitted having 5 beers)!! This new law book is becoming a lucky charm ☘️
Not guilty on all counts after a trial this morning! Must have been the brand new Maryland Criminal Law and Motor Vehicle Handbook, 2019-20 edition.
Feels really good to win a DUI trial in this courthouse!! #underdogforthewin #notguilty
