It took me less than two weeks to get my first NOT GUILTY OF THE DECADE. (On my first trial of the DECADE!)
On Monday, 13 January 2020, NOT GUILTY: In Commonwealth of Massachusetts v. Defendant, Docket No. 1967 CR 1495, after trial, my client was found NOT GUILTY of Operating a Motor Vehicle While Under the Influence of Alcohol (OUI) and Negligent Operation of a Motor Vehicle*.
Yesterday, on Thursday, 13 February 2020, NOT GUILTY: In Commonwealth of Massachusetts v. Defendant, Docket No. 1921 CR 1147, after trial, my client was found NOT GUILTY of Operating a Motor Vehicle While Under the Influence of Alcohol (OUI), Second Offense and Operating Without a License.* Prior to this NOT GUILTY verdict my client was facing a mandatory MINIMUM 5 year loss of license, two years of probation and sixty (60) days in jail.
Today, on Thursday, 23 January 2020, NOT GUILTY: In Commonwealth of Massachusetts v. Defendant, Docket No. 1967 CR 1400, after trial, my client was found NOT GUILTY of Felony Charges of Intimidation of a Witness and Assault & Battery on a Family or Household Member.*
On Thursday, 12 December 2019, DISMISSED: In Commonwealth of Massachusetts v. Defendant, Docket No. 1967 CR 1496, Felony Charges of Intimidation of a Witness and Assault & Battery against my client were DISMISSED.*
On Tuesday, 3 December 2019, DISMISSED: In Commonwealth of Massachusetts v. Defendant, Docket No. 1967 CR 0543, Charges of Possession of a Class B Substance against my client were DISMISSED.*
On Tuesday, 12 November 2019, DISMISSED: In Commonwealth of Massachusetts v. Defendant, Docket No. 1867 CR 1588, Felony Charges of Animal Cruelty against my client were DISMISSED.*
