Oh, temperatures in Northern Colorado aren't -25 degrees this week? We've never been more appreciative of the "weather doughnut"
This is insane for Colorado! The Federal system protects smaller population states like Colorado from being monopolized by California, Texas, Florida, and New York. Imagine if California supported Texas and Florida on some issues in exchange for their support for California's effort to take all of the water form the Colorado River Basin for itself. Leaving all of the other Colorado Basin states high and dry. Like Colorado!
