I would like to clear the air for our clients, mortgage brokers and realtors. We appreciate each and every one of you for trusting us with your clients, files and one of the biggest decisions in your life selling a home you have lived in for 30 + years or buying your dream home. We appreciate you trusting us during these monumental moments and decisions. I have received multiple inquiries into why are we not closing files as other attorneys are. So here we go:
1) We sincerely hope everyone is doing ok and taking advantage of the time to reconnect with your loved ones while in this lockdown.
2) we are trying to protect you as well as our own families, staff and coworkers
3) A request was made to have real estate attorneys listed as essential business and it was rejected. We were told since it’s not criminal/life and death matters we are NOT essential business. So we are following the mandate of the governor.
4) A lot of you do not know the fact my soon to be one year old Jack was born with severe meconium aspiration and coded 3 times. He fought his ass off to get home and out of nicu (after being there for over 2 weeks) On a daily basis without this virus he receives 5 breathing treatments daily. This virus would destroy my innocent little boy and for what 🤷🏻♀️ to close a file that can easily close after this virus is contained if we all follow the rules
5) we are still answering emails and working remotely and hope this will end so we can get back up and running serving our community.
6) we appreciate every single one of you and pray everyone is safe. As a community we should be backing each other not jumping on this as an opportunity to sway people. I wouldn’t ask you to risk your loved ones so please don’t make that request of us.
7) understand we are abiding by the governors mandate as well as protecting our families along with yours.
8- we truly hope everyone is staying in, being safe and continue to remain healthy. We will persevere as our community always has.
snuggle your loved ones, read a book or finish the spring cleaning you have been trying to complete for the last year 🤗 most importantly be safe. 🌈💜
